What it checks

• The Open Graph and Twitter card tags: title, description, image, URL, site name and card type, with the usual fallbacks to the page title and meta description.
• The share image: that it loads over https, its type, file size and pixel size (1200×630 is the usual size).
• Title and description length against what the apps usually show before cutting text off.

How it works

• We fetch the public page you enter and its share image. No AI model is used: the checks are fixed rules, and each problem comes with a fix.
• Approximations. Each app crops and cuts text its own way, and some cache a page for days.
• Free, no account needed. Limited to a number of runs a day.
